In just 3 simple steps you will have restaurant quality pizza in your hands. You've got this. 


Step 1.

Dust a rimless metal or wood board (you can use an upside-down sheet pan), with plenty of cornmeal and flour. Open your bag of dough and let dough carefully slide out of the bag onto your prepared surface. Let rest 1-2 hours just like this (uncovered). I usually can't wait for 2 hours, but the dough will stretch more the longer you wait. 30 minutes before baking, preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. 


Step 2.

Roll out your dough into a circle...or a rustic circle shape. Top with sauce, olive oil, salt and any herbs, then add cheese, meats, and or veggies as you wish. Be sure to brush your crust with oil to ensure good browning. 


Step 3.

Slide pizza off board onto preheated pizza stone or if using a metal pan, put it right in the hot oven and bake for 15-30 minutes until the cheese is melty and your crust is browned evenly.
